Partners provide financial support to fund scholarships for program participants. This covers training costs for individuals who don't qualify for other opportunities.

Many partners contribute with resources in addition to funding such as access to tools, licenses or learning materials that enhance our programs and give participants hands-on experience with industry-standard technology.
Mentoring
Partners can offer mentorship opportunities, connecting participants with professionals who provide guidance, feedback and real-world perspective.
Employment pathways
Some partners collaborate with us on job opportunities for graduates, helping scholarship recipients transition directly into roles where they can apply their new skills.

Our scholarship recipients come from diverse backgrounds, but they share one thing: the drive to build a better future.
Ahmet is an experienced Salesforce professional with 8 Salesforce credentials. Ahmet came to Germany from Turkey about two years ago seeking new opportunities. After settling in and finding permanent housing, he was able to focus on his employment path. Despite his professional certifications, the German job market presented many challenges. He applied for over 100 roles without finding a suitable match. Startupistan's SAP scholarship program opens new opportunities for Ahmet by helping him build in-demand skills as an SAP ABAP developer. With this scholarship, Ahmet hopes to learn SAP while reaching C1-level German and ultimately secure a permanent role in Salesforce or SAP.
