An SAP Developer Associate is someone who creates and customizes computer programs that help companies run better using SAP software.
As a developer associate, one engages in the technical creation and maintenance of SAP software, tailoring solutions to fit unique business requirements and supporting application lifecycle management. They make sure the system works smoothly, fix issues, and build new tools or apps inside SAP.

SAP software is used in most large companies across the globe. In order to ensure anyone working with the software or on the processes has the necessary skills and knowledge to understand and use it to its full potential, a learner needs to pass their accredited exam in order to be certified as competent.
These certificates are recognised globally by all companies within the SAP ecosystem or using SAP software. The Educate to Employ programme prepares the learner to pass these exams and upon passing the exam each learner will achieve this recognised SAP Accreditation as well as all the micro-credential certificates covered in the programme.

Who are we looking for ?
- Motivated developer or tech professional with relevant training and a desire to upskill
- Passionate about the SAP ecosystem and eager to advance their tech career
- Based in Germany and eligible to work in Germany
- Able to communicate and complete coursework in English
- Committed to fulfilling all program expectations over the 20-week duration
- Able to dedicate at least 20 hours per week to the program/workflow
